Shipping policy

We work with multiple suppliers so your order could be shipped from various locations. Most of the suppliers we work with (over 90%) are based within the UK, in which case the delivery period will usually be within 6 days from the date of the placed order. However, some of our suppliers are based in different countries; for these items the shipping times can vary greatly, but if the shipping time is longer than what is typically expected (more than a week) it will be noted on the product page. 

All products shipping from outside the UK will have a tracking number associated with the order, but most items shipping from within the UK will not.

Please check the product page for an estimated shipping time and the tracking number before contacting us about the whereabouts of your order. At busy times deliveries can take longer.
