Refund policy

We have a 7-day refund policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a refund.

To start a refund, contact us at auscentic@outlook.com with your reason for the request and a photo if relevant.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and send us photos immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If we can confirm the item is defective we will issue a refund without the need for you to return it, or we can send you a replacement if preferred.

Just changed your mind?
Even if the item is not defective you are still eligible for a refund. Just return the item to us.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange, return the item you have, and we will send you the new item.

Refunds
You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
