1. How long are shipping times?
Please refer to our shipping policy.
2. What's your refund policy?
If you are not satisfied with your order you can request a refund within 7 days of receiving it. Just send us an email at auscentic@outlook.com, explaining what the issue is (providing photos if necessary) and, once you've returned the item we’ll give you your money back in full.
3. Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel an order if it has not been shipped yet. Please contact us as soon as possible to make sure we can accept the cancellation for you. If the product has already been shipped, you will still be able to request a refund (see above).
4. What happens if I receive the wrong item?
If there’s an issue with your order - if it’s the wrong size, wrong colour, defective, or otherwise not what you wanted - then simply notify us, and we’ll arrange a refund.
5. Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer exchanges but if you return your unwanted item we will refund you so you can make a new purchase.
6. Do I have to pay for returns myself?
Nope! If asked to return an item for a refund, we will always provide you with a prepaid return label.
7. What is your physical address?
