1. How long are shipping times?

Please refer to our shipping policy.

2. What's your refund policy?

If you are not satisfied with your order you can request a refund within 7 days of receiving it. Just send us an email at auscentic@outlook.com, explaining what the issue is, and we’ll give you your money back in full.

3. Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel an order if it has not been shipped yet. Please contact us as soon as possible to make sure we can accept the cancellation for you. If the product has already been shipped, you will still be able to request a refund (see above).

4. What happens if I receive the wrong item?

If there’s an issue with your order - if it’s the wrong size, wrong colour, defective, or otherwise not what you wanted - then simply notify us, and we’ll give you a refund. 

5. Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer exchanges per se but if you are not completely satisfied with the item you received let us know what the problem is and we will refund you so you can make a new purchase. 

6. Do I have to pay for returns myself?

Nope! In most cases we will not ask you to return anything and will simply give you a refund. If we do ask you to return the item we will send you a prepaid return label.

8. What countries do you ship to?

At the moment we are only set up to ship to the United Kingdom, Ireland, United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand - but please contact us at auscentic@outlook.com if you would like us to ship to your country and it is not on this list and we will see what we can do!
